Getting in shape is difficult
#1
It's especially hard to find motivation and ability to exercise on anti-psychotic medications, but, I've read from many people that it's possible.
For now I'm walking at least a mile or two a day with my dog, trying to work back up to running and lifting weights.

I find exercise and excruciating instrumentality. And so it goes that I force myself against all odd to exercise (anaerobically) at least twice a day. I manage to do 25 pushups and 25 situps every morning and every evening occasionally I lift weights but I have a limited means to do so. I may just find myself with "sexy" body that would attract unwanted attention to myself but that is only an irrelevancy. The reason I exercise is to practice self control which then allows me to control the hallucinations and delusions without medications.
